I highly recommend Rock Renovations to anyone seeking reliable, affordable and thoughtful renovation and design solutions in the Kelowna Area. As a newly disabled woman who lives alone, I needed a professional contractor to asses areas of my home that needed to be modified for easier and safer access. The designer made an initial visit to my home and conducted an audit. Tim very thoroughly considered all my needs in his designs including the heights and reinforcement (for added support) of banisters and railings, step tread and riser alterations and material, areas for non slip flooring to be installed, determined best clearances on landings and certain door jambs converted to zero step entries. After the completion of the job he also recommended better lighting options for improved visibility and suggested places where I could employ my smart home technology to make it easier for me to navigate my own home safely. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the Rock team displayed professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. They listened attentively to my needs and concerns, and provided insightful recommendations tailored to my specific requirements. The end result exceeded my expectations, making my home not only accessible but also aesthetically pleasing all within my modest budget.
