I am not sure what I love more, the pergola (with a motorized roof), bar top in the grilling area, the cable railings (for an unobstructed view of the golf course) or having a party deck that spans across the whole back of the house! The crew showed up on time, cleaned up every evening and finished the job when promised. The workmanship is top of the line! I am one happy client!!!!!!!

After a lot of research we chose Brawner Renovations to replace our deck. From the first meeting with our sales rep and a visit to the showroom to meet with Wesley, we knew we made the right decision. Every detail every step of the way was addressed and reviewed with us. Even though we thought we had so many questions, each one was always promptly and courtesly answered. Our foreman and project managers were always present and the construction crew went above and beyond. After the project was completed the owner, project manager and office manager visited and went over the whole project to be sure we were 100% satisfied. If we could give 10 stars we would. We anticipate having other projects done in the future and Brawner is our 1st and only choice.

This required building out two 8x8" posts to match the existing posts, an 18" knee wall, and adding screens and two screen doors (the roof gable in the photos was already in place). I am so pleased with the results. Everyone I worked with on the Brawner team was amazing. Jason was the most personable sales rep; Eddie, my project manager kept me informed of when the crew would be arriving; and the full crew were amazing. Tomas who constructed the knee wall and posts has amazing wood working skills and Arnold's team of painters did such a great job. They painted the entire structure bright white, and it looks like it was meant to be a screen porch all along. I can't say enough positive things about the Brawner Renovations team. Their work is superior and I highly recommend them. If I have another home construction project, they're on the top of my list to reach out to.
