Reviews
What customers say
Several customers praise clear communication, with one homeowner noting that the schedule was carefully coordinated around a deadline. One homeowner singled out repairs to rough plaster and careful paint coverage over dark paneling. For an enclosed porch and deck, a customer describes a broader scope that included construction, roofing, painting, siding, gutters and electrical work.

We’re very happy with the work Swift Home Renovations did on the upstairs of our home. Our plaster walls aren’t perfectly smooth, but they took the time to repair rough and damaged areas so the finished result looks clean and nearly brand new.
They also did an excellent job covering dark paneled walls, making sure the light green paint color looks consistent with the rest of the house. Great preparation, attention to detail, and overall craftsmanship. Highly recommended.

What an amazing experience start to finish! Everyone on the Swift team is amazing to work with. The communication is top tier and makes any project a delight! I could not be happier with our new front porch. Every detail is exactly how I imagined it and cannot wait to spend time out there with my family and make memories. Our porch has become the “sight to see” in the neighborhood thanks to Swift! So many people are reaching out now for a quote! If you are needing remodeling of any kind, contact them!
