Nicole and Fernando were always prompt with everything from quotes to the actual work… plus the construction crew included us in discussions when needed as work progressed. Hired Rosenberg renovations for a full kitchen remodel. Pros: cheaper bid than other places and we got a pretty kitchen. Cons: communication- we were not sure about timelines and when people would be coming to the house, there was a lack of attention to detail and several jobs had to be redone at our request (which thankfully were completed), and lastly the project took far longer than the initial estimate which was not super fun.

We contracted Rosenberg Renovations to do a full renovation of our basement in February of 2025. This was the biggest home improvement project we have ever tackled and we were so pleased with how smoothly it went under the direction of Nicole and her project manager Francisco. Everyone on the team and everyone that Nicole recommended to us for tangential projects was communicative, timely and fairly priced. Fernando, Armando, Julian and Garret made my vision come to life and completely changed the dark, dingy basement into a light, bright oasis. We appreciated everyone’s willingness to work through challenges and address any concerns we had along the way and Nicole’s attention to detail and insistence that we were happy with the final result. We won’t hesitate to hire Rosenberg Renovations for any of our future home renovations.
