We just had our basement renovation done by Cody and he was so GREAT to work with. This was our first time going through a contractor or any type of home renovation so I didn’t know what to expect, but Cody and his team exceeded my expectations.Cody did an awesome job communicating with us through out the entire project. He is friendly, personable and definitely shows that he cares. Besides the usual living room, bedroom, and bathroom, having a kitchen & laundry room was most important to us and it was done.We got everything we wanted in that space and we couldn’t be happier. We absolutely LOVE our basement. Highly recommended!!

Cody did a great job managing the renovation of our basement scheduling all of the painters, carpet install and electrical work taking most of the headache out of the process for us. He took the time to explain the process as we went along so there were no surprises. Now our basement looks great and feels less like a cave and more like a home.
Just had our basement refinished. The project went so smoothly and the finished product is exactly what we wanted.
