Nathan was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient and understanding, and he got the work done in good time. We never felt pressured to do things one way or another. He talked us through different options, and I felt like we got the best roof that we could get while still having it paid for by our insurance. Nathan is knowledgeable on the roofing side of things, but also on the insurance side of things, which is why I didn't need to come out of pocket for the roof replacement.
Dealing with Nathan was an amazing experience! If you need a new roof I would highly recommend talking to Nathan. Not only was the work and materials top notch but his ability to navigate the claim with the insurance was incredible! I started the process of getting a new roof with a different roofer and they were only able to get the insurance to cover half of a new roof. After dealing with headaches and frustrations with the insurance for over a year, Nathan came in and took over and with 45 days had the insurance approved to cover a full replacement! If you need a new roof, do yourself a favor and hire Nathan!
