Had a great experience with BACK Construction. They came out to my house to look at the space and gave me several suggestions I wouldn’t have even thought of, especially around layout and functionality. They remodeled my kitchen and it turned out better than I expected — smarter cabinet placement, improved storage, and a much cleaner, more modern look overall. The work was done professionally and communication was easy throughout the process. Because of how well the kitchen came out, I already have them scheduled to start my bathroom remodel next month. I’d definitely recommend BACK Construction to anyone looking for kitchen or bathroom remodeling.

We had a fantastic experience with our kitchen, den, and exterior railings renovation from start to finish. The team communicated clearly every step of the way, paid close attention to the details that mattered to us, and delivered truly high-quality work. We were even able to successfully start the project while out of town thanks to their excellent communication—daily progress photos and a clear agenda for the next day’s activities kept us completely informed and confident. I called BACK Construction because I had heard of their excellent reputation. Initially, I was not aware of the wide variety of services they offer. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they could provide everything I needed. Mikael Miller, Project Developer, came to my home and went over in detail what would be done. Mikael is professional, personable, accessible, and extremely knowledgeable. He created an excellent, detailed proposal. Eric Reynolds, Project Manager, oversaw all of the different aspects of the process, Eric did a comprehensive, incredible job. He kept me informed regularly and was very accessible.He showed great attention to detail and kept the process moving in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. Everything was excellently completed exactly as covered by the proposal. Serge Kirilyuk, Lead Supervisor, was outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about him. He took care of several parts of the project. He is very knowledgeable, skilled, and efficient. He went above and beyond, and took great care that everything was done well. He was a pleasure to work with. BACK provides good, skilled people to work in your home. Aaron Haney, Bluegrass Brush and Finish, was outstanding. He oversaw all done by his company and was readily accessible. Young Brothers Plumbing also was excellent. My experience with Back Construction could not have been better. From small handyman jobs to major renovation, they are one stop shopping. They took care of all the work my home needed, from handyman tasks to drywall repair to painting to new flooring installation. They inspire confidence and trust, and demonstrate that they care about the quality of their work and their customer service. I give them the highest of recommendations.

I usually don't do reviews as a general rule however the stark difference between past experiences and my experience with BACK compels me to do this review. You simply never know who will show up when you have work done on your home, which over the years has lead to just simply figuring out how to do things on my own. Thankfully given enough time I'm fairly competent with most home improvements but the remodel of our master bath involved moving plumbing and tile work that I simply was uncomfortable with attempting on my own. I had heard good things about BACK and from the very start getting a detailed contract from David and then having Christine virtually provide details of what our new bathroom would look like made us very comfortable and confident in moving forward. The end product looks exactly like Christine's visualizations. Christine made the selection of everything so easy from plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinets, countertop, paint and grout colors to the smallest of details like the position of a grab bar. When you start this process you have no idea of all the decisions that are going to be involved. James and Shawn showed up and made quick work of the demo but when it came time to start putting things back together I was amazed by the craftmanship and attention to detail, always asking before proceeding to make sure it's what we wanted. It's rare to find people that care about your home like it was theirs. By the end I was almost ready to hand them the keys, true craftsmen. Young Brothers plumbing made moving the toilet and shower across the room a snap and made quick work of the final install. Well beyond my abilities. I would hire them again without reservation. The tile work involved a mosaic inset in the shower and the end product is simply amazing. I never would have been able to achieve this level of quality. Any bumps where quickly flattened by Mike. I was more interested in the quality of work than the amount of time it took but Mike kept things moving forward without impacting the quality. And he's super easy to work with. I found the whole process although disruptive was not stressful like past projects I've attempted with other contractors. We would hire BACK again without hesitation and have decided to move forward with the other two bathrooms in our home. We've found our goto team for our future home projects.
