We got a sun room done this year. Whole project took only 3 months and we cannot talk highly enough about our project manager and her responsiveness to concerns and inquiries. Also no surprise bills throughout the process and no concerns for budget changes was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend them to everyone.

I hired them to design and build an addition on my house for my elderly Dad to live in. They did an exceptional job. It is a beautiful room and looks like it’s an original part of my home. My team leader was Landon and he was awesome. Communicated with me daily and let me know what was going on daily. Would definitely recommend them and will hopefully hire them again on the future.

We redesigned a bathroom and closets into a luxury bath/shower and built a large bonus room addition with laundry and storage space. DDR was wonderful to work with--very detail oriented and responsive to requests. Work was completed in the specified timeframe, and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!!

We utilized DDR to build our accessory dwelling unit (ADU). The carriage house is positioned between the main residence and the alleyway with the separation balancing the need for privacy with the convenience of having a multigenerational home. DDR was able to make our vision into a reality by tailoring the build to match our requirements and services to fit our budget. The service our Project Manager, Chris, provided was above our expectations with communication and coordination simplifying the process. The final product is a new structure which architecturally blends in to the aesthetics of the neighborhood. Grandma loves the above garage apartment and extra time with the grandkids, our kids enjoy spending time there after school, and we appreciate the extra help with errands and childcare. DDR was able to customize the build to support the specific needs of an aging adult. They made recommendations and modifications to the stairs reducing the rise of steps and second hand rail. That also changed the entryway to be raised to reduce a possible tripping hazard over the threshold. That level of planning to meet the needs of our family and attention to detail was amazing. I highly recommend using DDR if you are considering building an ADU.
