We reached out to roughly 10 contractors about refinishing our basement, received bids from 5 of them and ended up going with Yahara River Remodeling and Brandon. His bid was very fair and the change orders throughout the project were communicated well and laid out clearly. Brandon also gave us many opportunities to save some money, like sourcing the floors ourselves and buying the doors direct. I have used Yahara for some small projects in the past, and in the summer of 2022, I decided to have Brandon replace my small outdoor deck with an absolutely AWESOME 16ft patio deck, lined with benches.
