This company does great work!I wanted my cast iron kitchen sink installed because it wasn’t a task I could do myself - it involved cutting into my granite countertop, removing it and reinstalling it so I made about twenty calls to different companies asking if they could do the job. A couple of companies charged a consultation fee, which I didn’t want to pay because I didn’t want to be told that they couldn’t do it after paying the fee.This company asked that I send pictures of everything and gave me a quote, which was a very reasonable price.They kept in contact with me, sent invoices and scheduled an installation date for me right away and got the job done quickly.The technicians were Omar and Florencio. They did an amazing job and were very friendly every step of the way, along with the customer service representative.I was very nervous because I was afraid that the job wouldn’t be done right but I am pleased with the way it turned out. I will definitely be calling this place again if I need anything done again in my house.
Frank was a pleasure to work with, he was responsive, professional, and friendly. His staff was friendly and felt like family. They did a beautiful job installing tile in my bedroom and I will definately be using this company again! Thank you!Edit: Ive used Frank again for my quartz counter install and new sink, as well as shower remodel for my master bathroom. I am still pleased with the quality of work as well as ths quality of people Frank has on his team. Very professional but also warm and friendly. I will continue to recommend this company to anyone looking for a renovation or remodel project.
I contacted Frank at GCFR for a small tile job (our bathroom was carpeted.. who carpets a bathroom?!?) I'd seen his work posted on our neighborhood Facebook page. Several other companies never even called me back, but Frank was quick to respond the same day and came out next day for a free quote. I appreciate that he didn't try to force extra services. He did mention that they do full bathroom remods, but when I said we were only looking to do tile at this time, he respected that and didn't push. The work was done quickly and professionally. The guy who installed the tile (I believe his name was Michael. I'm horrible with names!) did a fantastic job! It was obvious that he takes pride in his work!! Very happy with the results!! If I had the money, I would have the entire main floor done in the same tile!!
I am so happy to have found Frank's company to do the tile flooring after our house flooded this June 2021. We were having one setback after another when the tile we purchased in July was not delivered on time. Change in tile and then scrambling to find a contractor. Not only is Frank honest and trustful, but he truly understands where their paycheck comes from. The satisfied customer! They not only completed the job, but finished over a week ahead of schedule. Ours was not easy as the rest of the house tile was over 7 years old and no longer available.
