My wife and I was very fortunate to have met Thinh when we did, we had just moved to Medicine Hat and was in need of a new home. Lucky for us we found one of his newly constructed duplex, I took one look and a walk through later with with my dad and fell in love with the place. The next to excellent finishing and immaculate detailed lines from the minute you entered the property all the way through rooms, open concept kitchen with quartz countertops and retractable fossett, to a fully finished basement complete with thick quality carpet, white doors with black handles, spacious second living room, and two generous guest rooms with a full bathroom to share. The master room was big and comfortably fit our king size bed, two bedside tables, a long dresser and baby cot, and still had ample space to dance around the room without bumping anything.

I could talk all day about Thinh's quality workmanship but the thing I was most impressed with was how easy to deal with and considerate he was, a great person in general. He ultimately saved us alot of money because he provides his customers value for money by selling direct without the need for a realtor, hence avoiding excessive realtor fees that are usually transfered to the buyer.
