We used Stack with our first office building experience. It was right after COVID and there were many delays and unknowns with construction at the time. They were on top of everything keeping on track and making difficult decisions as easy as possible. Our build was fast, efficient, stayed on budget and their communication was great the whole time. I met with 8 other contractors in the valley before settling on Stack Construction. I definitely made the correct choice for me! Brett at Stack Construction was very attentive to my needs. He got things done quickly and efficiently, but I loved that he was willing to listen to me and do what I wanted instead of trying to impose his ideas or plans on me. Brett did everything that I asked for, even with an extensive unusual project. He went out of his way to research and get everything done correctly. I have a small therapy pool with an underwater treadmill in my new building and Brett worked with the pool developer to get everything done correctly and even went out of his way to work with the pool people and the city to make some modifications that saved me thousands of dollars.He helped push things through with the city and county, even impressing my bank lender at how much he did and how quickly he did it. I am VERY happy with my building and will definitely work with Stack Construction in the future if I ever have a need for another commercial construction project. I highly recommend Stack Construction and Brett and his crew. They are the BEST!!
