Highly recommend JMK Contractor. They helped build an addition to my home in Miami Beach. Knowing how difficult it is to find a reliable general contractor in Miami, I asked many friends for references. JMK contractor was recommended to me. I called them and requested an appointment to discuss the project. Their proposal was better than any other gc I got the proposal from. Since I had plans available, it made it easy for them to estimate the work. The estimate was very detailed. I especially liked the on time guarantee offer. I also compared the construction cost per square foot with alternatives and they had the best value. I’d add that they were very helpful running the permits and taking it across the finish line. Their office is right by the miami beach building department which made it easy i suppose. Last but not least, I’m very happy with the outcome of their work. The addition looks amazing and is functional.
