Highly recommend JMK Contractor. They helped build an addition to my home in Miami Beach. Knowing how difficult it is to find a reliable general contractor in Miami, I asked many friends for references. JMK contractor was recommended to me. I called them and requested an appointment to discuss the project. Their proposal was better than any other gc I got the proposal from. Since I had plans available, it made it easy for them to estimate the work. The estimate was very detailed. I especially liked the on time guarantee offer. I also compared the construction cost per square foot with alternatives and they had the best value. I’d add that they were very helpful running the permits and taking it across the finish line. Their office is right by the miami beach building department which made it easy i suppose. Last but not least, I’m very happy with the outcome of their work. The addition looks amazing and is functional.

?????????? 5/5 Stars I had a great experience working with JMK Construction. Their team was professional, reliable, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout the entire project — they showed up on time, kept the site clean, and made sure everything was done right the first time. It’s hard to find contractors that truly care about quality and customer satisfaction, but JMK definitely does. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest, skilled professionals who stand behind their work.

JMK handled my home renovation in Miami, and I’m thrilled with the outcome! From the very beginning, they were organized, clear, and supportive throughout the entire project. The quality of the work and the attention to detail were outstanding. Definitely a company you can trust!

We recently hired JMK Contractor to renovate the kitchen in our condo, and we’re so happy with how everything turned out. Kitchen projects can be tricky, especially in smaller spaces with older buildings, but the JMK team handled every part of the process smoothly and professionally. Their communication was a standout. We always knew what was going on, when to expect crews, and what decisions needed to be made. They were responsive, clear, and honest, which made the entire experience way less stressful. Now that it’s finished, the kitchen feels like a totally new space—bright, functional, and beautifully done. We’re thrilled with the result and would definitely recommend them.
