Visionary contracting completed our basement this year and we couldn't be more pleased with the way it turned out. Jerome was easy going and very pleasant to work with, he didn't mind at all when we asked him to switch things up last minute or add sporadic design elements which weren't previously discussed. What was really terrific was that he was happy to bring our unique ideas to life such as using atypical tile sizes or specialized lighting and was even excited to do so which wasn't the case with other contractors. The fact that our space was able to be so customized with great attention given to every detail really elevated the completed look from our fireplace, custom cabinetry, art niches and the accent wall in our bathroom. The tiling and flooring was completed very quickly with precision detail, it was super impressive especially the clean cuts and minimal wastage which we were grateful for with our accent wall marble. Everything was completed in a professional manner with proper equipment and safety measures from framing to painting and you can tell when you look at the crispness of the work; perfect caulking, sharp corners, zero drips or patches, perfect pocket door alignment etc. Different licensed specialties such as electrician, mudder/taper, plumber etc were brought in as well to ensure a timely and quality completion. The best part was how respectful the team was to us and our home ensuring clean up daily before leaving and to throw out excess materials offsite few times a week. Great work ethic, arrive early and disappear downstairs for the day and work away steadily with his music on, minimal management required which was nice as husband and I both had work and little kids that kept us busy. One thing to keep in mind is that it really helps to know exactly what you want going in and it does tend to drag out towards the end as it nears completion.Would def recommend and have been recommending to friends and neighbours who've asked

We hired Visionary Contracting to fully renovate 3 bathrooms - a basement bathroom, upstairs bathroom and master bathroom - and we are so happy with the results! Jerome was absolutely amazing to work with. We’ve worked with a number of contractors over the years and I have never met one as conscientious as Jerome. He is easy to work with and his work ethic and attention to detail are incredible, plus I have never met anyone as genuinely nice as Jerome. I would highly recommend Visionary Contracting Inc. In fact we have already booked him for our kitchen and main floor reno.

Heard of Visionary Contracting through a friend and had a feature wall I needed help with. Jerome came to look at the job and gave me a quote and timeline that worked with my budget and schedule. I had many questions and he patiently answered them all. I was very impressed with his level of detail and skill and even though it wasn’t a huge job he took the time to do it right. I can’t stop showing people pictures of his work. It looks amazing!!! Highly recommend. Will be getting him to do a bathroom in the near future
