We had a balcony that was originally constructed in a way that had water constantly soaking and rotting the support members and handrails that led to our roof sagging. Rogier was able to replace the support posts, and work with local suppliers to create a custom, powder coated aluminum handrail that looks incredible and support posts that will stand strong for years to come. We love the detailing on the bottom of the support posts, the care and attention that went in to the flashing and water drainage, and after a winter with some heavy downpours I'm truly impressed with the quality of work. Rogier is very efficient, fast, and takes great care with projects. We also really appreciated his open and frequent communication, and ability to talk us through why he was doing the things he was doing. He was conscious of our budget, our timelines, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. We already have more projects for the team, and we can't say thank you enough for the wonderful balcony refresh.

Rogier is very professional carpenter and did a good job of finding solutions for us and explaining everything clearly. At every step Rogier was keeping us up to date on the status which we really appreciated. He worked hard to get things completed and kept his tools and equipment out of the way. He installed our drip caps and inspected to make sure if there was any water damage, and replaced any wood pieces that needed to be replaced. He took photos and explained things to us throughout the process. He did a post replacement as well which fit perfectly into the existing deck. He is a very meticulous worker and detailed oriented, which gave me piece of mind that things were done correctly. I inspected his work and was impressed with his craftsmanship. We are hiring him again next year.
