NY BUILT CONSTRUCTION did not meet my expectations. The crew often arrived late or left before finishing tasks, delaying progress. Materials used did not always match what was discussed during the estimate. When concerns were raised, responses were slow and vague. The final invoice included unexpected charges that were not clearly explained. Overall, the experience was stressful and disorganized, far below the level of professionalism I anticipated.

I couldn’t be happier with Jonathan and the team at NY Built Construction. They turned my gut renovation into a masterpiece and significantly increased the value of my property. Jonathan truly delivered on my vision and helped me navigate layout decisions I was unsure about. He guided me through the entire process including handling approvals from my building board making everything stress-free and seamless. The crew was professional, clean, and always showed up on time. Jonathan really cares about his workmanship and takes pride and passion in what he does. The quality of workmanship and materials was top notch with no corners cut. This was by far my best experience dealing with contractors. I recommended him to my friend for a smaller job, and even though she was on a budget, you would never know after Jonathan finished work on her bathroom and kitchen. I definitely recommend Jonathan and NY Built Construction and will use them again for any future projects. If you need a trusted person for your renovation, Jonathan is the one to call.
