Just had our basement ceiling replaced with drywall and pot lights which turned into 2 exterior walls also getting new insulation and drywall and a lot of rewiring done. I hired Kennedy to deal with demo and arranging different trades to complete the work. Everything worked out well …… except the one time I was left adrift for a short period of time which was rectified quickly. It was a small project that Kennedy fit in for me which I appreciated even though I was reminded a few times that it was an “infill” job.Thank you Kennedy Construction.
We renovated our West Vancouver home with Kennedy Construction and couldn't be happier. We went from updating the kitchen & bathrooms to the whole house! The process was so much less stressful using this team. Our manager, Will, was fantastic, he kept me informed of schedule, was very accommodating of all our add ons and made sure everything was finished to a very high standard. Jessica, was amazing at helping me plan our new kitchen and with the finer details. In addition, the trades people Kennedy uses were all very professional, very skilled and easy to deal with. I would absolutely recommend them with any project and would definitely use them again!
