I highly recommend this company! I just bought a house in Philadelphia with known needs for roof work. After the last heavy rain, I also discovered the basement needed sealing. Frank and his crew did an amazing job. He communicated throughout (including sharing his licensing and liability insurance up front), offered different options to fit my budget and needs, and went above and beyond, as well as finishing ahead of schedule. I now have a roof I can trust well beyond the next decade (and he backs it with a solid warranty), a basement that doesn't leak and is ready to finish when I want to, and a team I trust to go back to for future work on other projects I have. This team is amazing!

2 updates to my original review. First, after finally getting to the spring flash flood level rains,we found that the gutter system was being overwhelmed in rare cases, getting water too close to the foundation. Frank backs his warranties. He got his team out immediately to adjust the gutters and take care of the issue. I haven't seen water be an issue at that point since he fixed it. That's what I care about the most - someone who does the job right, provides a warranty, and backs that warranty when it matters. Frank does that.

Second, I had more work to be done, so went back to Frank. Needed some windows switched out (originals were losing a lot of energy over the winter), brick pointing, other exterior fixes, some electrical work, etc. Frank did an amazing job; it's great to have a licensed, insured general contractor who also gets great subcontractors when needed. Means I can go to one person for all my repair needs. The added pictures don't fully do it justice due to the angles. The changes are great, and I don't have to worry about any of it for many years. Thank you again, Frank!

New updates to my house from Frank and Enrique! Looks great, and already started feeling the benefits to comfort!
(1) Fixed the window casings on my 3rd floor. Got to keep the original look (looks great!) instead of switching over to capping.
(2) Fixed some soffits that were deteriorating. Both helps seal against weather/animals and improves the look.
(3) Redid the wood panels under my bay windows, adding insulation, sealing, and making look a lot nicer. It's clearly warmer in that area now!
(4) Added mini-splits to the coldest and warmest rooms in the house to help balance out the temperatures. After looking at several HVAC options, this was the best method to balance cost and effective indoor climate control. Mounted nicely to keep the rooms feeling large, kept them out of the way for paths around the house, and kept the lines clean and maintainable. Solid units, warrantied work, and Frank has maintained his warranties for me. Looking forward to a more comfortable 2026!

Final note: Frank makes sure work is finished correctly - up to his standard. It's part of why I keep working with Frank - he guarantees his work for me, and he has held it to a high standard.

Next, they replaced my electric box and just recently they fixed a super annoying leak in my other bathroom. I will use them for any future jobs/projects in my home. Frank’s team came to my home to repair my soffit vents. They arrived on time and treated my property with respect. The work was done very professionally and for a fair price. The owner checked in before and after the project to make sure that everything was done correctly and that I was satisfied. They will be my first call on my next project. We needed a gate installed in our backyard fence. I posted on the Nextdoor app and Frank immediately reached out. He came by same day (on a Sunday!) to take measurements and provide a quote. Within a week we had a contract signed and a date set. His team came out yesterday and did an awesome job. They were efficient and respectful and the gate looks great! They ensured everything was cleaned up afterwards and had us check that everything was done to satisfaction before collecting payment.

Frank and his team are also great to work with if you have any financial concerns. He was able to work with us and put us at ease with the costs. We have even started talking about two more projects we need completed.
