This is how SimCorp chose to communicate with me, as a potential client, after I ended our preliminary discussion on a renovation project: I was called a "…poor excuse for a human…".It is worth noting that I never once mentioned seeking a free service in this text thread. The unprofessional escalation and bizarre personal attack is truly remarkable.Potential clients, please review the attached text messages.Judge the conduct for yourself.
Great company to work with. They remodel our master bathroom and the process was smooth and clean. We are working on our kitchen design so we already hired them to remodel our kitchen. Can’t wait to work with them again.
So I need to come back and change my review from two stars to one star anybody that uses this guy and his company should have their head examined. He didn’t lay the laminate flooring correctly. . He didn’t put the under laying down that’s required after checking with eight different floor companies I was told that he was supposed to put down an underlayment flooring before you put down the snap in laminate. He also had his guys put back my washer and dryer and they didn’t put it back right and they did damage to the valve which cost me $900 and underneath the laminate water in the kitchen the hallway into the dining room cost me an additional $12,000 had to do an insurance claim because this guy doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing everything he does is the cheap way out he cuts corners. He goes through shortcuts which I told him I did not want no shortcuts and he did it anyway my recommendation to everybody is do not use this guy. He’s a con artist. He’s an Actor. He’s a liar. He never came by in a 3 1/2 months to check on his guy when he said it was gonna be two at least there was only one and he never came by to check on the job that he was doing and never did a walk through that was required by him the owner. All he wanted was the money that he Told me to give to his worker before he left. Poor service and if this guy even has a license it should be revoked. His rating isn’t even real. He pays the company like Angie list to up his rating to a higher average.to add, I told him he needs a permit to change my window and he advised me for 3 months it was being made And a day before the work was complete he told me there will be no window because HE didn't want to pull a permit. He's the contractor and he is supposed to know the law. He did t want to pay any extra out of the money I gave him. I never ever asked for anything for free. But if you remodel a bathroom from only 4 walls you would think the toilet tissue and shower grab bar was included in the renovation of the bathroom. There were grab bars there and toilet tissue holder,so why pay extra, because he didn't want to use the money he agreed on. If anyone wants tri use this guy then so be it. It's freedom of speech and that's why there is freedom of speech it's in the Constitution I'm giving my perspective and that's all there is that's why it is a Google review
We had a complete inside house renovation, 3500 sqft. Andrew said he would be there everyday, some Saturdays too, and he was, never missed a day during the 5 month renovation. He was always available and very responsive. I have been in the home building industry for over 20 years and it was obvious that Andrew knows what he is doing and brings over 30 years of experience and talent to the job everyday. Another great attribute he brings to the job is the ability to share ideas but also listens to new ideas and is very willing to try new ways and styles. I can’t say that Andrew didn’t have strong opinions from time to time but we were always, and I mean always able to work through any issue or disagreement. (He even sometimes admitted he was wrong, LOL) Seriously, I found a friend in Andrew and his team, which is something I never expected. His lead guy on my job, Justin, has the greatest attitude and wants to please the customer and his boss and does a great job walking that line. I consider Andrew and Justin to be life long friends. The job was large, a complete remodel, every room in the house, floors to ceilings, fixtures and new builds, tear outs and reruns of electric and plumbing. There wasn’t a spot in the house that wasnâ t touched, new door trim, new window trim, new base, new doors, added doors, cabinets, countertops, appliances, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, toilets, tubs, showers, faucets, sinks, carpet, if it goes in a house it was done during this job. Andrew has a CAN DO attitude and a WILL DO mentality. It was a pleasure working with him, and in my case I did work with him, but even if thatâ s not your desire, he can and will do it all. If Andrew says he will do something, he does it, no exceptions and no excuses, he’s there when he says he’ll be and stays until itâ s done. His crew listens to him, learns from him and keeps the job site clean and neat, well, as neat as you can during a full remodel. If I were to do this again, I hope thatâ s not the case, I would use Andrew, SIMCORP, again. One last shout out to Andrew and his team, especially Justin who never missed a day and always aimed to please, worked extra hard and put in numerous extra hours, always going the extra mile. Thanks to Andrew for his willingness to allow Justin to do that, that shows the kind of leader Andrew is and his willingness to have his crew be so customer oriented. Thank you SIMCORP, Andrew, Justin and everyone involved. My wife and I couldn't be happier. I expect Andrew will post pictures of the before and after shots of the house, so you can judge for yourself. Don’t be afraid to trust your next job to SIMCORP Construction.
This company's did no work for me,, so my review is based on the limited talks we had. I was working on securing funds, so there was missed communication. Unfortunately I wasn't able to connect with Andrew. I hired this architect to do some drawings but I wasn't happy with the design the architect suggested based on my input and Andrew didn't care to physically check the potential job site and just gave me a number for what he believed it would cost. I'm really not sure how he operates but I got the feeling that my house or my situation wasn't what he was looking for. This is simply my opinion and the vibe that I got. Google ask for reviews on my experience which I provide but the contractors believe it's unfair to give a neg review based on the contact I've had. Sorry for ruffling feathers, I'm old fashion and expect to see ppl in person when it regards working on my home.
