We could not be happier with our Kitchen design and remodel by LRS! Scott Grady, Matt McQueen, and Garrett Begovich were all fabulous to work with. We love the look and functionality of our new space. Miguel was a phenomenal painter and Eric the sheet rocker did especially amazing work. Despite a few issues with various subs, LRS ensured the work was done to their high standard. Project finished on timeline expected except for a few punchlist items at end. You get what you pay for with LRS.
Putting our trust in LRS was one of the best decisions we have ever made and are so happy with our kitchen and main bath remodel! Gino really touted the quality of work his design and construction team do and the high level of service they strive to provide. It was an understatement. We had an outline of design ideas and Scott, Matt, and Garrett took it to the next level in quality of design and craftmanship. Scott was truly instrumental in bringing out the smallest of details. When I was conflicted on style of quartz and paint color, he said "trust me", and I am so happy I did! His design-eye was truly spot-on. As with any remodel, there are challenges and Matt's excellent problem-solving skills were key in making things work out. Any question, concerns, or last-minute changes we had, Garrett responded to immediately. As frustrating as remodels are, it was a pleasure working with these guys. We kinda miss 'em.
I had a great experience with LRS. Before providing a bid, Gino came over to the house and talked through the project (rot repair, new siding, deck replacement), including a small presentation on Hardie plank, the benefits, the proper way of installing it, and more. The bid was competitive with other bids I had. Ultimately I chose LRS due to their professionalism and warranty they provide on their work.Gino was able to work around some scheduling issues I had, and the crew was able to continue working even while I was on vacation.There was some additional repairs (had to rebuild an entire wall that was rotted out) that came up through the project that were fixed in a day, and for a reasonable cost.The crew was great, and they were super efficient. Even with some set backs, the entire project took just under 2 weeks from start to paint complete.Gino also provides a great color consultant who came over and helped me select the paint colors, which was extremely helpful for me!The only (minor) issue, was some incomplete paint around/ behind some outside cable boxes + wires. But these were promptly addressed without issues or additional costs.Overall id recommend Gino and LRS to folks who are looking for exterior work.
James, Holly, Matt and the whole team at Lifetime were excellent to work with! From the initial quote all the way to the finishing touches everyone was very communicative while keeping us on track and on budget. Holly and her design team were great in realizing our vision for the remodel. James, Matt and the build team were very accommodating with changes and tweaks as the project progressed. The team was very professional and respectful of our home throughout the project. The final build quality was very polished and we couldn’t be more happy with the final product! This bathroom/closet/bedroom project was our first experience with home renovations and we couldn’t be more pleased with it. We will definitely be returning to Lifetime for our future projects!
I highly recommend lifetime remodeling for major jobs in the Portland area. They are professional, honest, and timely and communicative. We contracted them to remodel our Kitchen starting from a design phase. Their designer Holly did a great job imagining a transformed version of our very weird old-house space, and a great job working with us through the design process. James the project manager was responsive and communicative through the entire process. They honored the original bid and when unexpected additional work came up in a few cases it was clearly communicated. The crew was friendly and respectful of our space as they worked in it for several months. The craftsmanship is top-notch and we are very happy with the result!
