We bought a house that had been built in the 1980’s that was in desperate need of renovation.Distinctive Remodeling (DR) was recommended by a firm that had done a major remodel for me but was not available to help on this project. After that recommendation and the other glowing reviews, we decided to team up with DR. In 2-3 months DR did a detailed design with 3d rendering which was very accurate of what the final product turned out to be. They listened to our input and the design was very much a collaborate effort. We didn’t change the outside footprint of the house but took the inside down to the studs. We were very pleased with the entire design team, from the designer to the project manager. Everyone was easy to work with. The house turned out wonderful, easy to live in, and high quality.. We highly recommend Distinctive Remodeling.
If you're going to do a remodel, Distinctive Remodeling is the company to call. We wanted to completely remodel our kitchen. When we called Distinctive, Eddie, the owner himself, came to our house and talked about his company and answered any questions we had. Then Andy took us through the design process and selections, always listening to what we wanted. Finally, Drew and the subs built us the most beautiful kitchen, surpassing all our expectations. And to top it all off, Eddie came back and cooked us an amazing dinner. We love our new kitchen!! Thank you, Distinctive.
When my wife and I decided to finish off our bare basement, we researched and interviewed several different remodeling agencies. Our initial visit with Distinctive Remodeling was with Eddie Casanave, the founder/owner of DR. We were both impressed with Eddie, his company and proposed pricing. After signing the contract, we were assigned Michelle as our designer and Keith as our project manager. We could not have asked for two better people for our project. Michelle came up with a great design (a TV/Entertainment room. two bedrooms and bath) and was beyond patient with helping us decide on materials and colors. Keith created a construction schedule that was shared with us. He also made certain we were kept informed of the different processes and trades that would be working on our basement. He was able to keep the entire project on schedule and was available literally 24 hours a day for any questions we may have had. At the end of the project, we have exactly what we were hoping for. We strongly recommend Distinctive Remodeling for any remodeling project you may have. You won't be disappointed.
