We don’t live in Tahoe, so it was all coordinated via phone and email and was an excellent experience.They communicated effectively, sending regular updates and photos, which reassured me while I was out of town. Their coordination of logistics was good, managing everything from demolition to installation. They picked up supplies from various stores which I ordered to make the out of town experience easier.The quality of work is outstanding, and the bathroom looks great. We hired Gilliam Construction after interviewing 4 potential candidates for our hot tub surround deck build. Jake was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. I gave him my extremely rudimentary drawings and explained what we were looking to build. He gave us a quote in a timely manner and while he wasn’t the least expensive , he also wasn’t the most expensive. What lead us to chose him was he personality and professionalism. He was very easy to work with, and was flexible. He happily worked within our timeframe and his team built exactly what we wanted. They did it quickly, but more importantly they were professional and knowledgeable guys and they built us a quality deck that will last us a very very long time. We have recommended them to some our family and neighbors for their projects and we recommend them to you as well. 10/10
