We built a custom home with JCS about 3 years ago and we have been very happy with the quality and workmanship of our house. During our final walk through before getting the keys the owner of JCS noticed that the window casings were cracking in several locations. To make a long story short, we had gotten a bad batch of Anderson windows from the supplier. JCS negotiated with the supplier for many months until they agreed to replace all the windows in the house, but they would not pay for the installation costs. Even though JCS was not at fault for the cracking issue, they stepped up and re-installed the windows without cost to the owner. That was a big deal as it included stucco demo/repair, interior drywall repair, and painting. They finished the repair work very quickly and I cannot even tell that the new windows are replacements. The stucco job is flawless. We definitely would recommend JCS for new construction or remodeling as they clearly stand behind their work.

We hired JCS for our kitchen and master bathroom remodel and they did a phenomenal job! We’re so happy with how everything turned out. We especially loved working with Cameron, he was always responsive, great at communicating what was going on, and helped make sure we were happy with everything every step of the way! John Cary and his team handled our construction job with the upmost professionalism and care. JCS helped us allocate funds to specifics in our project, so that we could build and maintain a budget. Drew and Manny did beautiful craftsmanship on the personalized pieces in our kitchen and living room remodel. They were hard working, professional, and respectful during their time in our home and especially around our children. We are grateful to this team for making our house a home that we love.

JCS Construction earns its reputation as 'Best in Reno' continually. John Cary is honest, direct, well-known by his subs and just a pleasure to work with. He never settles for less than the best job. When my house burned down in 2018, John took over the demolition of the remains, the hiring of an architect to design a new house, and then saw the job through to completion on schedule and on budget. At a time when I felt overwhelmed, he stepped in and dealt with my insurance and literally everyone who had anything to do with the project including my HOA. Since then he has been a wonderful go-to for recommendations of people to help me with my house when needed. I can't say enough good about JCS Construction; you'll be lucky if you get them on your project!
