We recently hired Smart Renovations to renovate 3 bathrooms and to create a laundry room in an unfinished part of our basement. The drawings turned out to be the key.Of course, other contractors assured us our vision could be made reality, but we needed more than simply a written agreement. Thanks to the design, all parties knew what each was committing to, especially given the value of the project would be tens of thousands of dollars.At each stage, Smart’s efficiency and attention to detail was on full display. Tina, the boss herself, came to our home and personally measured the dimensions of the rooms. Our designer, Ana, created beautiful 3D renderings which could be adjusted on the fly during our consultation meetings. Jen, the project manager, coordinated tasks so the construction teams worked seamlessly. Winston, the construction lead, was timely and diligent. Every revision was handled with care and attention to detail, and the final designs were absolutely beautiful—both functional and stylish.Although they weren’t responsible for the full renovation, Tina and Fred's punctuality, responsiveness, and post-installation support were outstanding.
