I hired Art to remodel my master bathroom. After talking to A LOT of contractors, Art seemed very trustworthy, reliable, and honest. His work did not disappoint! He transformed our builder grade, pretty outdated bathroom into something that looks exactly like what I had pictured in my head. I am so happy with how everything turned out! We ran into a few hiccups with some of the subcontractors, as to be expected on any remodel project, but Art was always super responsive and quick to find a resolution. We went out of town for three weeks during the remodel and he kept me updated on his crew’s progress the entire time, sending me pictures and letting me know if anything was delayed. He was also very flexible in modifying things as we went if we changed our minds on one thing or another. We LOVE our new bathroom and I would definitely recommend Art for your next remodel project!
I am very happy with my mirror install from Sierra. Art is a very knowledgeable and nice guy. Also very responsive. It was less than a week between signing the contract and completed install. I had two 4x8’ mirrors installed side by side. Excellent job. Extremely minimal (1 maybe 1.5mm) gap in middle. Lined up perfectly.
Why are you removing my reviews? This contractor is a scam. He did a poor job, left nails sticking out of countertop, countertop is leaning, not polished, cracks, huge seams, huge gashes and some parts unfinished. We tried to contact him to finish before move in but never reached him and now we have moved in, he's avoided builder's calls, and ours and probably blocked us but who doesn't even want to schedule time to come look or even talk about it. What a disappointment, would not recommend him. It’s been over a year! … you never replied to my emails or the builders or return my calls or my texts, you blocked us? You took money from builder and never came back to address issues and our countertops are still not fixed! It’s still leaning, giant seam that’s about to break off, this is supposed to be a new build … we shouldn’t pay extra to get your shoddy work fixed and completed. I’m updating my review from 1 year ago because I need it to be at the top and seems like you can do a good job for others but not us? Why? This still hasn’t been addressed by you or builder. No accountability.
Sierra does great work! They have completed many projects for me within the given schedule and with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend using them for your next remodeling needs!
We hired Sierra for a commercial office lobby and restroom remodel and Art and his team delivered a beautiful product and end result.They were easy to work with, problem solvers if there was a conflict on site vs the drawings, and got the job completed on time for the client!Highly recommend using them for any millwork projects you have and will definitely be using them again going forward.
