Kanna Construction did an outstanding job on our garage conversion. From start to finish, Sean and his team were professional, communicative, and easy to work with. I especially appreciated how responsive they were and how clearly they explained each step of the process. We ran into a few limitations along the way, but Sean was great at problem-solving and offering thoughtful solutions. The team was also flexible with change orders and design adjustments, which made the project feel more collaborative. The crew kept the work area as tidy as possible, and the subcontractors they brought in were courteous. Overall, the experience was smooth and transparent I would highly recommend Sean and the crew at Kanna Construction to anyone looking for quality workmanship and dependable service.

We had three site visits and estimates from highly-rated local (SD) construction/improvement project firms with the intent of remodeling the largely unusable loft in our guest bedroom. Best among them, Sean from Kanna understood our goals and construction requirements to deliver a safe, functional, and awesome looking space, at the least estimated cost as well. Sean, Kim, and their team were wonderful to work with. Communication was thorough and clear, we collaborated well to make best decisions, attention to detail and follow-through were excellent, and both schedule and final cost met expectations. We love the loft! This was a good experience. Kanna will be our first call for future projects.

We decided to go with Kanna Construction and Remodeling instead of others for the ADU on top of our garage. And so glad we did! Sean is great. He is constantly there to oversee the projects, professionalism is excellent and he’s always making sure to go above and beyond for his customers. He’s fair priced and I think you can’t go wrong with choosing this company for building an ADU. He responded promptly to our inquiry for a bid and we love his work ethic.

I recently hired Kanna Construction for a full house remodel, including the addition of a second-floor ADU for rental income, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, the team exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. A special thanks to Niv, the project manager, who managed everything flawlessly. He kept the project on track, maintained clear communication, and ensured that every aspect of the renovation met the highest standards. The transformation of the main home was incredible, and the newly added ADU is not only beautifully designed but also a fantastic investment opportunity. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled construction team for a major remodel or an income-generating ADU addition, I highly recommend Kanna Construction. Their expertise and dedication truly made a difference!
