This review is overdue as we completed our remodel in November 2024, but we could not be more pleased with our new kitchen. The moment we met with our potential project manager Jamal for the initial estimate we knew this is who we wanted to do our remodel. He is unmatched in his expertise, level of detail, and time management. We didn't realize until we had a smaller project done by a different contractor just how amazing he handled this project and all of the challenges and unexpected problems. Not only was everything done efficiently, but the quality of all of the work was amazing and everything was cleaned up so well. Any questions we had were answered in detail and any changes were laid out easily for us to understand. I hope Optimal will be able to help us again in the future with our remaining bathroom remodel and any other project we have. Truly a 5 star experience!
