Stephen, Lauren, Vaughn, and Justin were all so incredibly professional and helpful. We desperately needed more storage space with a baby on the way so we gave them a call. The process was so much easier than I expected and I am so grateful that everything for our build was done in house. Our experience with Caine and Company was wonderful from start to finish. The design process with Lauren was fun and informative, and she easily understood our style and preferences while adding her expert advice. Our project manager Dirk was amazing. His attention to detail and hard work were evident every day of the project. We looked forward to seeing Dirk in our home, and he cares about the results as if it were his own house. I have known and used Caine & Co. on a few projects so far. They are higher than your average remodeler because they are not average. Let me tell you why. I can't even express how professionally they operate. And on top of that every person on our project was outstanding and friendly as well. They communicated and collaborated on everything. Accounting for the project finances were also incredibly easy using the Builder Trend app and emails. This go around we were out of town most of the time the work was being done and I didn't worry about a thing! From Lauren, our Designer, to Dirk, our Project Manager we were rightfully confident in everything that was done, and in this day and age that is truly priceless!
