Grand Building Construction

I recently had my master bathroom remodeled by Grand Building Construction, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They helped us transform a dated, inefficient space with a bulky corner tub into a modern, spa-like walk-in shower. I came into this project with a very clear, specific vision of what I wanted, and the team was incredible to work with. They were remarkably flexible and genuinely amenable to my ideas, working closely with me to ensure every detail aligned with the final look I had in mind. Beyond their design flexibility, I was truly impressed by their technical expertise—particularly the care they took with the plumbing rerouting and the advanced waterproofing systems. They kept the project moving efficiently, finishing everything on schedule in just one week. The quality of the finished space—from the precise large-format tile work to the installation of the matte black fixtures—is outstanding. If you’re looking for a professional, collaborative team in the Renton area that listens to your vision and executes it to a high standard, I highly recommend Grand Building Construction.

Josh, Wei, Ken and team did a great job on my kitchen remodel. They were very communicative, had fair prices, and were detail oriented. We were able to work together to make our kitchen goals happen. I would not hesitate to hire them again for another construction project! Thank you!

I recently hired Grand Building Construction for a kitchen remodeling and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the team showed great integrity by staying honest about timelines and costs. Communication was clear and frequent, so I always knew what was happening. They arrived on time every day (often working 6 or 7 days a week) and finished the project within the budget, which made the price feel very fair. I especially appreciated how they respected my home and kept the work area clean. Josh and the team were open and communicated frequently throughout, always finding a way to incorporate our design choices. I would definitely work with GBC again and am recommending them to anyone i know looking to do a renovation.

We recently remodeled our master bathroom, and the transformation is incredible. The team helped us design a modern layout with a walk-in shower, new vanity, and upgraded lighting. Every tile was laid perfectly, the plumbing work was flawless, and the finishes look high-end. They kept the workspace clean, stayed on schedule, and communicated every step of the way. Now the bathroom feels like a spa retreat, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Definitely the best remodeling contractor near me.

Our remodel and deck rebuild project with Grand Building Construction was just completed and we couldn’t be happier. From the estimate through completion the timeline took a total of 3 weeks and their craftsmanship is excellent. The crews showed up every day working efficiently and respectfully, checking with us every step of the way. We love our new home and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come. Thank you, Grand Building Construction; we recommend you highly! Amorah & Harold Ross, Woodinville WA
