We had a fantastic experience with Iconiq Construction. Our entire 5-piece primary bathroom had to be replaced after a previous contractor botched a shower tile/pan repair. Iconiq’s five star reviews seemed almost too good to be true, but I can promise you they are not!From the moment we first met with Sean, our project manager, we knew we had made the right choice. He set us up with Iconiq’s designer who helped us choose and price materials that were right for our space, and provided digital renderings after each choice was made. Sean came by regularly with physical samples of everything we selected to make sure we were happy with the choices. A very clear construction timeline and payment schedule was outlined from the beginning, and they did an amazing job sticking to it.The two things that really resonate with us in reflecting on our experience with Iconiq are their commitment to high-quality work, and their communicative nature. Anytime we had a question, a comment, or concern, Sean’s response was immediate. He came out daily to check on the progress of the work, and to ensure that things were being done to Iconiq’s high standards.We couldn’t be happier with the result; the before and after photos say it all! We are looking forward to having them out next year to remodel our kitchen. You cannot go wrong with this company!

We are SO happy with HOW this team has perfected every detail of the job and ON-TIMELY manner for our 2 office remodeling. From start to finish, their team was professional to work with. Sean, our project manager, has worked very hard even on weekends, was there on the site to make sure all tasks are handled in order, updated us everyday of what is happening, reassured to address our biggest concerns and was even able to coordinate some of the most challenging tasks that seemed impossible to us. He was always there to find us a solution to every problem and we couldn’t be more blessed to have found this company and was able to work with such dedicated project manager during past 2-3 weeks.
