Dream Home Construction

We have now used Dream Home Construction on two major renovations including 4 bathrooms and adjacent spaces, and would absolutely use them again. Ben's team always shows up on time, is thoughtful and courteous, and transparent with what to expect each day of the project. It was easy to communicate with Ben and his team and when complexities cropped up like they do with any project, we always found a solution that worked for design and functionality.

Five years later and I have to completely redo my primary bathroom shower. Tiles literally falling off of the wall, cracked tiles all the way up the shower wall. Leakage in shower pan causing lights in kitchen below to flicker. It's a mess. About three years ago Ben came back out to look at the problems (and tiles they installed upside down) and then we never heard from him again. DHC also did my guest bathroom. The paint literally peeled off of the walls because of poor ventilation. Apparently, the fan in that bathroom was not properly vented to the outside when DHC installed it. Horrible work. I should have stopped the job when they installed a pony wall over an open pipe. Ugh. Do not recommend.
