Irons Brothers Construction, Inc.

We went to a remodeling event downtown and talked with every company that would work in our area. From those discussions, we chose five companies to interview at our home. Several were good companies, but Irons Brothers was head and shoulders above them all!

Irons Brothers remodeled our two bathrooms and kitchen, starting last spring. We were extremely pleased with the process, from design to construction, and love the results. That is not to say that we did not have problems (most of them, I must admit, brought about by us, the owners). But in every instance, Irons Brothers worked with us to resolve the problem quickly and smoothly. They were always incredibly responsive.

I particularly appreciated how attentive everyone was to the details. We checked the work done each day and Irons checked it as well, often finding little things we had not even noticed. The result are rooms that function well and look amazing. We recommend them with enthusiasm and without reservation.

An update (Jan. 2023) to the above post: Recently I called Irons Brothers a couple of times to get recommendations for a plumber and a HVAC company. I got immediate help, even more than I had hoped for! When I called about a company Irons respected for installing heat pumps, I also got some pointers about different heat pump options.

When I called about the plumber to replace a toilet installed during the remodel (I had never heard of a toilet bowl cracking from just normal use), Irons Brothers jumped in to help me locate the exact item (sadly not under warranty) I would need to replace it in addition to the plumber recommendation. Irons folks spent extra time to find the information I needed, and this was more than five years after our remodel!

Irons Brothers Construction has been a loyal sponsor of Shoreline Little League for a number of years, contributing financially to the league to help offset cost of field rentals, uniforms, and equipment. They've actively participated in our annual League Jamboree, and even have had staff volunteer their time as baseballl and softball coaches. I have neighbors that have used Irons Brothers Construction for their home remodeling needs over the years, without a single complaint. The quality of their work is exceptional, and their customer service and community service is top notch.

Irons Brothers Construction has been incredibly supportive of the community in the City of Shoreline and we value the positive impact they have had on all of us. It's been an absolute pleasure having them sponsor the Shoreline Arts Festival. Their birdhouse making booth is fan favorite! Quite possibly the longest lines you will see at the Shoreline Arts Festival every year. Irons Brothers was the BEST remodeling experience we've ever had. They remodeled our entire main floor including the living room, kitchen, and main bathroom. They worked carefully to assess our needs and tried very hard to stay within our budget. I couldn't be happier with the results and feel like I live in a magazine everyday.

I used Joseph and his crew to remodel my kitchen and deck. They were simply perfect. The guys were always on time, clean, polite and wonderful. The billing was detailed, accurate and complete. We lived in the house with a one year old while they did the work and every day they left the place safe, secure and clean. I HIGHLY recommend Irons Brothers! Their work is OUTSTANDING.
