Kevin was very clear and detailed with the quote from the start. The price was competitive (not the cheapest, but absolutely worth it), and the entire process was smooth and well organized.
They remodeled our entire bathroom with new shower tile, tile flooring with heated floors, new vanity and cabinets, new countertops, and all new plumbing fixtures and finishes. The crew was professional, skilled, and respectful throughout the project.
If you’re in Edmonds and need a contractor you can trust, I highly recommend KG Construction.

In planning for the future, a major renovation of my 1955 era home galley bathroom was needed to convert the bathtub to a walk-in shower and to remove all old “hand built” cabinetry to increase storage and make more spacious access. KG made the materials selection process easy and construction phase minimally obtrusive. They were particularly outstanding in some of the following areas compared to some other contractors I have worked with:
-Contract administration; clear and detailed
-Communications; extremely responsive and followed verbal communications up in writing; I always knew where things stood
-Schedule & Budget; right on
-Respectful; of my property and always kept the site clean; always let me know when they’d be working here and were on time
Helpful- provided suggestions and recommendations, and pointed out how some alternatives might work better than what I had requested
I will use KG for future projects and highly recommend them for any type of construction-related work. I have attached some before and after photos.
