I would like to WARN everyone from trusting this company and Tyler York. I trusted him with my dream home on the water about 1 year go. He made promises to my face, took nearly $300,000 and has made my house worthless and not livable. I recommend to seek other contractors if you are looking for any sort of remodel or contractor work, think about my WARNING. Learn from my lesson.
York Enterprises remodeled our master bathroom - removing an outdated soaking tub, enlarging our shower, and replacing our flooring. From start to finish, the experience was very positive and completely satisfying. The work crews were respectful, making every effort to do a thorough job with the least disruption to our daily lives. The few problems that arose were quickly dealt with to our total satisfaction. The construction manager, Jesse, was very responsive to make sure we were happy with the progress and the completed project. We appreciated his efforts to keep our project on track and on time. All in all, York Enterprises approach to our remodel was completely professional and efficient. We would select them for any future work in a heart beat.
We had such a great experience with York on our kitchen remodel! Brigit the designer was such a pleasure to work with, I loved working through the design process with her. She completely understood my vision from the beginning and she has such an eye for detail which led to the finished kitchen being so perfectly presented. The construction crew were so great, always friendly, open, and helpful. The quality of the work is impeccable and I appreciate the attention to detail given to every aspect. They completed the remodel well under the maximum time frame they gave us and within the budget we agreed on. The entire operation was so professional. A kitchen remodel is a huge investment, and I love feeling like this kitchen will continue to serve us and bring us joy for decades. We plan to work with York again in the future and would highly recommend them!
We recently completed a bathroom remodel with the team at York Enterprises. With this being the first remodel we've done working with a contractor we were concerned from the horror stories we heard from friends/family of the bad experiences they had with other companies. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing of an experience we had throughout our entire process. Jesse Nash was our main super intendant who was kind, thorough/detailed, great communicator, and always under promised and over delivered. Every person who stepped foot into our house was kind, courteous, professional and highly skilled. From our lead carpenter (Jake), Sean, Cullen, Jaycob. To the amazing designer Kaylee. And of course all of the critical pieces along the way (Robert) drafting & permitting, Franklin Electric, Creso Family Plumbing, Simply Efficient Heating, North Star Tile & Stone, & Meridian Glass. We're so happy with our new bathroom and will absolutely work again with this team in the future.
