They provided a thorough project review and a detailed, transparent estimate up front, with clear and very competitive pricing. The work was completed exactly on schedule, and the results are fantastic—I couldn’t be happier. They even replaced a large rotted beam along the way, handling it quickly and for a very fair price. I am writing to thank you and express our gratitude for the incredible work that Chris and your team at Precision Construction & Painting have done for the St. Jude parish family over the past several weeks. The parish hall and interior of the Church look amazing.

Importantly, your crew was very accommodating in working with shifting timelines and needs as projects unfolded. As you know with renovations, surprises always pop up and Chris and team chipped in to help problem solve including the search for a knuckle boom that fit between the entrance doors to the church with 1/2” to spare on each side!

Another critical win for the project is the successful painting of the acoustic tiles above the altar. These were stained with soot from years of burning candles and we were considering the timeline and expense to replace the entire dropped ceiling system and new tiles. The skill of your team made the tiles look new again and have enabled us to delay replacement.
