Westside Remodeling

From the very first phone call to the end of the job, Jonathan and his team have been incredible. Doing a major remodel can be very stressful, but not with Westside Remodeling. Pricing, timelines, and workmanship was clearly defined and there were no surprises. I highly recommend using them for your next project; you won't be disappointed.

We contracted Westside Remodeling to rehab our 30-year-old original builder’s kitchen. Westside initially provided a proposal for all new cabinets, countertops, tile, etc. As our budget did not accommodate cabinet replacement, Westside then provided an alternate proposal for repainting the existing maple cabinets, which we did instead, with an excellent result. (We also invested in new all-wood drawer boxes since our laminate ones were gross & peeling.)
We selected the new countertops from samples in their showroom, then shopped on our own for the tile backsplash, all new appliances and fixtures. Westside was very flexible in allowing us to be hands-on with the process and our selections. For Clients who prefer more creative guidance, Westside offers in-house design services.
Jonathan and the entire Westside team were exceptional in their care and concern for the Client. Further, their various tradespeople were friendly and competent without exception. Importantly, they also finished within budget and estimated timeline.
Although we have held off painting the kitchen walls and restoring the floor tile pending completion of other work planned for our home, we have already settled into our “mostly new” kitchen. We are enjoying cooking again vs. the dingy, outdated workspace we had previously. (Check out the Before & After photos we posted with this review.)

We engaged Westside Remodeling to complete home repairs and renovation. The interior required dry wall repairs and painting while exterior remodeling consisted of upgrading the barbecue and patio area replacing the driveway and gates used to access the rear of the home. Bob methodically walked us through the process from planning/design to full completion.

Communication with Bob’s team was always clear and timely.
Scheduling of work tasks was provided so we knew what to expect and when. The work crews were punctual, professional and left the work area clean after each workday. Small issues that came up during the job were resolved openly, quickly, and fairly. We appreciate the professionalism and care shown by everyone at Westside Remodeling. We previously contracted Westside Remodeling for a major kitchen remodel, and then a bathroom makeover. Those worked out so well that we turned again to Westside to completely remodel our 1960's era master bedroom/bath.

To say our taste is far from traditional is putting it mildly. But Westside is the best, from design work with Alana, to project manager Christian, and owners Bob and Georgia Sturgeon they provide reliable service. Every aspect of the has been custom designed and carefully crafted.

Every project has its own twists and turns (thanks covid!) but the team makes sure that have never been left disappointed.

We love our remodeled master bathroom. The quality of the cabinetry is exactly what we were looking for. The tile and countertops make the bathroom "pop". Our concerns were quickly adressed to our satisfaction. Christian was a great foreman with Edmundo as his right hand man doing construction prep.
