VNC construction

After receiving crazy quotes from a few other contractors, we were very hesitant to remodel our bathroom. After meeting Alex and receiving our quote we trusted that he would do a great job..and he did! Extremely professional, quality work, fair price and a man of his word! Our bathroom and shower came out beautiful! We were so happy with the results. We highly recommend, thanks again to Alex and his team!

This is my second project that I have used Alex and VNC Constructions, and have been extremely pleased with his work, professionalism, work ethic and timeliness. My renovation of condo involved a full gut of my Kitchen and Washroom. I got permission from the condo board for 3 weeks, and was extremely worried how will everything be done in 3 weeks. This involved removal of cabinets, tiles in both the kitchen and washroom and then all the installation work. I gave my condo keys to Alex (had it vacant for the duration of the;project) and Alex did all his magic. I didn't have to oversee the project, he would text me images of the work being done and i would come 2 times a week to see the work because I trusted him. At no point did i have to tell him or push him to do anything faster. He knew he had 3 weeks to do everything and i trusted him that work will be done. Alex is punctual, who will clean the unit after work is done everyday and more importantly, even vacuum the service elevator if it was dirty. My condo security mentioned she has never seen any contractor doing this and said he was very tidy and took care of the elevator, coridors and wished all contractors were like him. After 3 weeks, I now have a beautiful kitchen and washroom. Thank you so much Alex for all your hard work. Aleko (Alex) and his team (Aldo – tiler and Hamit – Master Plumber) did my condo washroom reno from Dec 20-Dec 24, 2021. They worked until 8 pm on Christmas Eve to get the job done on time! I’m very pleased with the results. Alex is very responsive to any questions you may have and any issues that come up. The job was done on time and on budget. I was able to get a detailed estimate and through the process I made modifications to suit my taste. Alex was always willing to discuss the project and made recommendations based on what made sense. Alex really cares about his business and takes the time to respond to his clients needs. This is a good thing but may result in some delays if you’re the one waiting for him while he’s taking care of another client. However, if you’re the client with the issue wouldn’t you want it that way? Also, Alex gets a good deal for materials such as tiles and marble from a supplier so that was bonus! My friend had hired Alex to do their washroom reno from Nov 8-13, 2021 and was happy with the results to that's why I chose Alex and VNC. Overall, I would recommend Alex and his team for your project.

For a long time i wanted to convert my basement closet into a washroom and I always put that project aside since I have always heard stories about contractors and most of them not pleasant. I found Alex and VNC through trustedpro.ca and right on day one, I knew he was the right person. During the estimate, Alex said what he was going to deliver, he provided an upfront cost without any hidden charges and he did also give couple of pointers of where do get tiles cheaper. I met 6 other contractors and ended with Alex since he was humble, easy to get along with and professional at the same time. The next few days proceeding that, I had numerous questions and wanted to sign the contact and every single time he responded very quickly (the longest he took to respond to my email or text would have been 45 mins). When work started, he was ON TIME every single day and at the end of the day vacuumed the place very well. After 7 days of work, the project was done. I was extremely impressed with his quality, attention to detail and the professionalism of him and his staff. Alex and his staff are extremely friendly and really did an exceptional job. I have attached couple pictures of the place before he started and the end result and you'll see it for yourself. Without any doubt, I will use Alex for any future project and happy to give references to anyone who wants to know more about my project with Alex.

Alex and Aldo laid the floor tile on my main floor. Within a couple weeks literally all of the grout has crumbled. I had a couple experts come in and they agreed that the grout was mixed incorrectly. One floor tile spontaneously cracked and another has popped up. Stair tiles were laid totally crooked despite asking for them to be laid level. Not just a little off level but like 30 degrees off level. Instead of returning to complete the job Alex has rescheduled repeatedly at the last minute and also simply not shown up when scheduled. He ignores my texts. When he finally answered he "welcomed a day in court". Professionalism to the max! I've included screenshots of our dialogue in case you're unsure whether to do business with Alex
