We recently hired James Latham (owner of Capital City Construction) to do a full renovation of our kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! His work is top-notch—everything was completed with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. He stayed on budget, which we really appreciated, and the tradespeople he brought in—especially the plumber and electricians—were excellent as well. We had a fantastic experience with Capital City Construction. We needed an old, outdated shower stall and partial wall removed and replaced with a new, space-saving shower stall.James understood exactly what we were trying to do and recommended an excellent product that fit our budget. He completed the project on time and came in exactly on budget. James has a keen eye for detail and cleans meticulously as he works. Each day he left the space spotless. He went "above and beyond" by completing additional drywall and painting work to help us out and also generously offered to take an old wood stove to recycling for us. We will definitely be contacting Capital City Construction again for any of our interior or exterior home renovation needs. Thanks again James!
After being left hanging by another local contractor, we turned to Capital City Construction to bail us out on our kitchen renovations. James’ crew did a complete kitchen reno and opened up a wall between the kitchen and dining area. James and his crew did a great job. Project was on-time & on-budget.
