We recently had GMH Construction working on several projects at our home (window replacement, kitchen countertop replacement, and family room refresh). From our first meeting with them to the final day, we were 100% satisfied. The quality of their work/workers is A+. Those who came each day were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and extremely attentive to keeping the project areas clean. Any question we had was addressed immediately; that was assured by a daily visit from the project manager. Communication was exceptional, and they seemed dedicated to getting our projects completed as outlined in their timeline and getting them done well. We are excited to recommend them to family and friends and will definitely use them again for future projects.

GMH did a great job with some major remodeling in my home. The designers were very helpful and patient. Most importantly, the entire team was quick to respond to any questions, changes or ideas I had (which I believe may be rare in the business). I would use them again in a heartbeat (and probably will).

GMH did my kitchen remodel. From start to finish, GMH was on schedule (finished one week early) and on-time per communicated daily arrival time, cleaned up each day, communicated what they did that day and what was expected the next day. They communicated openly about anything extra-ordinary they encountered. I inspected their work each evening and if ever I found an anomaly not to my liking, they addressed it that next morning. They shared ideas and helped me shape my ideal kitchen plan and result. They made plan changes to my evolving ideas as the project progressed with minimal impact to cost or schedule. HIGHLY recommend GMH for your remodel projects. You will NOT be disappointed in your choice.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does GMH move from consultation to construction?
An in-home consultation defines the job scope; about two to three weeks later, GMH presents a Design Retainer outlining the scope, budget range and estimated design engagement. The design phase ends with a finalized budget and scope for the Construction Contract, which includes scheduling a start date.
Can GMH’s Signature Series include structural changes?
No. Signature Series projects are renovations with little to no structural changes.
