We worked with Oak Ridge for our kitchen renovation and would recommend them to anyone. Working with Abbey for the design process was refreshing because she listened to our vision for the kitchen and added her expertise to offer options or possibilities we may not have considered, while keeping our vision in mind. Hannah helped coordinate so much with the crews and kept us up to date on what was happening. Hannah was responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. The Oak Ridge crews were knowledgeable and respectful and they went above and beyond to keep an eye on the whole house and yard when we weren't there. (Including taking care of wasp nests that developed outside! Thanks, Ben!) Our kitchen is our most used room in our home and Oak Ridge helped create a warm, useful space that we love coming home to.
We had hail damage to our roof and ended up filing an insurance claim. Oak Ridge came highly recommended from someone we knew who had also experienced storm damage a few months earlier. The insurance side of the experience was difficult, however the team at Oak Ridge stepped up and provided the support and guidance we needed and were present through the whole process. Our roof is beautiful. We needed to upgrade a few things in addition to the insurance claim, new fascia, gutters, gutter guards, which were all completed in tandem with the roof replacement. We are very happy with all of the work and highly recommend Oak Ridge. And a special thanks to Nick and Darrell who went above and beyond!
Updating a second experience with Oak Ridge . My 82 year old sister Tina was having issues with a leak in her roof which turned out to be from hail damage. It was determined the entire roof needed to be replaced and gutters as well. She also had interior damage from the leak in one of the bedroom ceilings.The team at Oak Ridge was able to replace the entire roof and gutters and made all the repairs on the interior it all came out beautifully. My sister was so grateful for their great workmanship and speed to get this all resolved. As in our experience with Oak Ridge the cost was very reasonable so another excellent experience with Nick and his team at OakRidge . Highly recommend them !Kris & Debbie Holm
We hired Oak Ridge Contracting to remodel our kitchen, flooring, and basement after water damage which resulted in an insurance claim, and we couldn’t be happier. They handled most of the communication and negotiations with the insurance company regarding pricing and scope of work, which took a burden off of use. And to have a knowledgeable professional on your side is an advantage when dealing with insurance. The workmanship was excellent, and they demonstrated honesty and integrity throughout the entire process. Any aspect we weren’t completely satisfied with was addressed and corrected promptly.Fair and accurate pricing, upgrades always came in under their estimate. Highly recommend.
