We used CMR to do an addition to our home. They came to us recommended by neighbors who also had a good experience. I am very particular and have high standards with the contractors I use. I was incredibly impressed by the entire CMR team from start to finish. We had Eric as our project manager. They were punctual, provided clear communication and costs were upfront and transparent. We added two rooms to our home and could not be happier with how they turned out. There are of course hiccups and inconveniences with any construction project, especially if you are living in the construction zone- but the team worked with us to make things as easy as possible and it was all worth it in the end with the amazing end result!
Chris, Eric, Allie and the entire Team at CMR are genuinely caring and professional in how they go about their work from start to finish, with a solid team of hard-working professionals. They did a beautiful job on a complete renovation of a bathroom, taking careful note of what we wanted the outcome to be. We hope to use them for further projects to beautify and update our home.

Chris and the guys at CMR recently finished a 600 sq ft addition on our home. They helped us from the early stages of designing and planning with an engineer through to the finish line. There are always going to be issues and unforeseen circumstances on larger projects, but CMR was responsive and found solutions that matched our goals. Would highly recommend for any future projects.
What an incredible team of people to work with at CMR. From our first meeting with Chris to having the keys turned over, the project really couldn't have gone any smoother. Our project was basically a complete renovation/rebuild that included all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, windows, siding, flooring, lighting, paint, roofing etc. From the new house plans to material selection, CMR was there to help guide us and let us know the pros and cons of our ideas. Working with Daryl was a pleasure and he was extremely patient and professional on what appeared to be a very challenging project. Allie had wonderful suggestions on the design elements/colors/finishes for the house and got to know us and help guide us thru the process. She also had great input on our selections, what would and wouldn't work well together and how to tie it all together. Her ideas and feedback were invaluable to us.The team of subcontractors the CMR uses are also great. The quality of construction and finishes are first class. CMR also wont nickel and dime you and stays within budget. The only change orders we had were related to upgrades we requested. The project would have been easier had we just torn the house down and started over but CMR and the design team did fantastic.CMR communicated well with us, showed up as scheduled and did whatever was needed. We really can not say enough good things about Chris, Daryl, Allie and the entire CMR Home Solutions team and will 100% use them again if we the opportunity!
