Well….. as if the first time wasn’t bad enough… they strike again! Another water leak because a shower pan wasn’t installed at all. Ruining hardwood floors and pretty much an entire gut job for one of our bathrooms and 2 bedrooms! Ky will not even acknowledge text messages and still didn’t stand behind the first water leak and almost $75,000 in damages! His one will be around $50,000 by the time it’s done! These guys will screw toy to death and the warranty they sell you isn’t worth the paper it’s written on! If it weren’t for all of his lawsuits and judgements against him, I would sue him in a New York minute, but you can’t get blood out of a turnip! RUN AS FAST AND AS FAR AS TOU CAN FROM ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY! I wish I could post pictures here!
We had our master bathroom remodeled and love it. There were a few glitches along the way but Ky and Charles responded immediately to our calls. We are pleased with the results!
Ky and Charles did a fabulous job on our garage conversion. We now have the cutest most stylish place for our daughter to live. They were very attentive and great at listening to our needs. We are very happy!
Be very careful here! We had them build our house (still under the name of Notex Homes at the time) and never got the last few things finished up, we had to go outside on our own to get them taken care of after being ghosted by Ky and his crew. Then a year and a half in our new home, we had a water leak due to a staple in the pet line in the wall from the insulation install. Filed a warranty claim, sent registered letters and text messages, only to be ghosted yet again! Almost $60,000 damage and Ky would not even respond to me. We ended up having to file an insurance claim because apparently the warranty was no good. The insurance company can go after their money ( as I am sure they will) Be very very aware if using these folks, they do NOT stand behind their work and will not take care of warranty work!
