Connor and I had become friends initially. Connor and his team although very equipped to handle the mold in our home failed to treat and handle our home with respect and care you would expect for the price we paid.

The plan to remediate was thoroughly rushed because Connor had to go on vacation leaving the job to a variety of superintendents who were quality individuals. However the remainder of the team essentially wrecked all of our belongings and family heirlooms in attempt to make the project happen so Connor could go out of town.

We were told they would start in one or two rooms and we had time to get help to remove the rest as they started those rooms. Before we knew it we were pushed out of the house and our belongings were being literally tossed into boxes haphazardly and thrown in a container so poorly it’s hard to describe. I should have stopped them there my mistake .

A couple of rougher looking men were brought in to further expedite the process. The next day a seldom used debit card was stolen from my desk and used to purchase items on Amazon. Normally I would have removed my desk first but they had essentially kicked us out by then. Also My family and I were so sick we couldn’t go and were forced out by the air quality.

They did do a quality job of the where they did find mold and removing it, cleaning it, spraying it. However I was finding additional mold and targeting areas way more accurately and effectively than they were. I asked repeatedly for them to check everything over and over under the house for more mold and water damage. Connor and team assured me it was a great job. We wanted it to be thorough and finished.

We never really agreed to it but they took a collection of family heirloom rugs and our brand new king size mattress $$& to clean them off site. We paid incrementally as the job was being completed and were on time every time. However Connor essentially kept them at ransom until the last installment was finished. Like we were flight risks or something. When a team member finally returned the rugs and mattress they were wrapped in plastic once the job was “finished” and the final installment was paid. Connor continued to solicited himself for the reconstruction project, I declined I had had enough.

The rugs and mattress were put into a storage container by his team member while I was working. Within a week I went to get the mattress back out for our temporary living situation it was wet inside the plastic. Then I checked the rugs. One of them was wet. These items would have been fine to sit in the sun and clean ourselves but he had taken them and now they were destroyed. I called Connor to discuss he did offer to have it Re cleaned but the rug was trash by this point completely moldy and smelled like their cleaner they used on everything . A total loss. This wasn’t the end.

The remediation job it turns out was unfinished with an entire bathroom found a little over a month after the fact to include the entire downstairs bathroom. Right next to the main room I had asked them to remediate and paid them as professionals to find and eliminate all potentially damp or
Moldy wood or areas.

Connor claimed it must have been a new leak. The wood was growing mold already. The bathroom had water under the tub long enough that it rusted the underside. They should have found it. I left it in his court to see what he would do to make it right. He said he was not responsible.

He offered to send out some dehumidifiers which I accepted.they set them up for two days and then sent me a bill for over $700 dollars. Keep in mind we have already paid him tens of thousands. This should have been a no brainer for him to just try to make it right after all the issues but no just send another bill. What a joke.

Reconstruction of a home can sometimes be difficult, but the trustworthy people at Premier make it easier. While everyone at Premier did an excellent job, there were some who were absolutely outstanding.

A special shoutout to Shannon Dobbs, the first voice you will hear when calling. Shannon is the very friendly and efficient office manager who coordinates the work crew schedules to fit your own. That was very important to me during my home project. Secondly, the tile crew on the floors and backsplash were absolute craftsmen. Their work was stunning!

In plain talk, if a personal touch means a lot to you and you want to be assured that your job is being handled with care and by people who know what they're doing, I highly recommend Premier.

I contacted Premier Restoration to handle a bathroom rebuild and carpet repair. It has been the best experience! Shannon, who managed preparing estimate and scheduling rebuild work, is delightful! Premier Restoration and Construction are great!!! Its never fun when your house has to undergo a major repair from water damage. Connor, Cross, Edwin, Shannon, Christina, and all the other contractors and people that worked to bring our house back to better then new construction in our entryway. Highly recommend Premier!!! My tiny house rental caught on fire, firemen came, and thankfully no one was hurt. The tiny house, however was beyond a simple fix. The air was so thick with smoke & fire damage, I could only run in, holding my breath, then snap some pictures. Shannon & Christiana from the office helped me understand how important & specialized their clean up was. Cross & Edwin showed up within 24 hours. It was incredible how fast it all happened. They left everything cleaned up & ready to rebuild. And no smoke smell lingering. They have continued to check in with me to see how things are going and are easy to contact.
