We absolutely love our new home built by Provincial Builders. We have been in it now for a few weeks and could not be happier. And while I know I could write a stunning review about the home and its quality, I also know that review would only begin to scratch the surface of what I would want to say. I know, too, that there are many homebuilders out there from which one could choose. And I am sure many of them build a quality product whose reviews would all read similarly descriptive. But what most impressed me about our new home even beyond its quality, and the part that cannot possibly be overstated, is the quality of the couple who built it--Randy and Michelle Ballard.

What I discovered along our homebuilding journey was that Randy Ballard is a man of true honor and integrity, who believes in what he does, does what he says he will do and just honestly keeps his word. In all transparency, our homebuilding experience did not initially begin with Provincial and we discovered some unscrupulous practices and unscrupulous builders along the way who did not represent the same character and integrity demonstrated by the Ballards. And while this review is not at all about those other builders, some context is required to explain just how refreshing and sadly uncommon it is to meet someone like Randy who, because it's just who he is, demonstrates that level of care, honesty and moral decency. That's my review and that's the price of a home you can never buy.

I want everyone to know that Randy and his team at Provincial Builders is an excellent choice for a general contractor in Parker County. We ask Randy to give us a bid on our 1000+ sf renovation of our old home. We had a general idea what we wanted and he guided us through design and bidding process. As I knew there would be challenges with our electrical and plumbing getting up to proper building codes, I saw early on that Randy was the perfect fit for our job. As a good contractor must do, he juggled other projects that he had in his slate but never did I feel like our work was left behind. In the middle of the Pandemic, he kept us apprised of delivery delays and also quickly responded to my questions. Whenever we thought things needed correcting, he didn't hesitate to see to it that the subs got it fixed. I will use him again when the time comes for more contracting work!
