After living with our master bathroom for a couple of years, we finally decided to do a total remodel. We selected Complete Renovation Solutions because they had previously done a kitchen upgrade and we were very happy with their work.After visiting a variety of kitchen and bath stores, we were overwhelmed by the variety of available choices. CRS did an excellent job of helping us narrow our choices. They designed the bathroom and shower layout and coordinated the color and style of the shower tiles, floor tiles, vanity, hardware, and walls.They have a talented group of employees and subcontractors on staff necessary to complete the many facets of a remodel. Without exception, all the employees we worked with were friendly and very easy to work with. They paid attention to even the smallest details. (During an inspection a finished piece of crown molding appeared to not fit perfectly - it was removed and replaced.) Complete Renovation Solutions handled the entire job from start to finish.After a couple of months of use, we continue to be very happy with the way our new bathroom looks and "work's for us and we would not hesitate to recommend Complete Renovation Solutions to someone considering a bathroom remodel.
Amazing company! If you want a team who can make your vision for your home come true and one you can trust and enthusiasm to do it, you need this one! I did my research and almost gave up until I found Complete Renovations. First project was a small bathroom for my handicapped husband to see if this was a good fit. The team helped give me a bathroom my husband can not only use, but loves! Their subcontractors/workers were not only some of the most courteous, helpful and friendly people you could meet, but their attention to detail, knowledge and expertise was amazing. Ticking all the boxes and passing with flying colors for reliability, professionalism, communication (big one in renovations Brad and everyone answered any concerns within 24 hours or before!) and respect for my husband's disability (insured no clutter on the floor, creating barrier walls for dust, etc.) we moved on to my kitchen. Having a vision of some of the things I wanted, with the team a plan was drawn up to encompass not only my wish list, but with input from them the transformation was amazing. James and Brad (with input from Courtney and Ashley) took my wishes, added suggestions (which actually improved what I was thinking), helped me pick out the perfect cabinets, backsplash, etc. We moved walls and a door to give me a much needed pantry and opened up the kitchen to the dining/family area to create a kitchen suited for Better Homes and Gardens or Architectural Digest! Thank you all for making my house a home I can enjoy! I am looking forward to our next project!
Brad, James, Joseph and crew did a remarkable job! They helped us create a beautiful in-law suite for my mother and built a nice space above my garage for my office. The crew were very personable and helpful. Whenever we had a question or concern, they addressed it. I can’t say enough good things about Brad and Cortney Walker and their team at Complete Renovation Solutions. I was about to sign with another contractor when I saw CRS truck and called them! I’m so thankful I did. Brad and James came out and I gave them an overview of what I wanted in our home renovations and they exceeded my expectations. Brad is knowledge on project management utilizes great subs and is very responsive to any concerns. He works great with you as the customer and is open to your needs and wants all within your established budget. I would highly recommend them for your home renovations plus.
Brad, James, and team at Complete Renovation Solutions exceeded all of our expectations on our kitchen/ dining room remodel. From the very beginning we had no doubt which of the four companies we obtained estimates from we were going to trust with the project. Brad was the only one who who took the time during the initial consult to truly understand the full scope of the project given the number and type of walls we were removing. From start to finish Brad and James were responsive and helped us make our vision work and come true. They provided great suggestions and helped design a functional and beautiful space. They were also the only company who was able to generate 3D renderings of the project from the start and the their showroom with many design options was extremely helpful and convenient. And oh by the way, their price was phenomenal and all their workers were professional, pleasant, and punctual.
