Outstanding! We highly recommend working with Mike and Andrea. They helped renovate then entire first floor of my house into a apartment suite for my parents to live. Mike was very understanding about last minute changes and helped to accommodate my parents who are disabled. Andrea provided clear updates and timelines on a weekly basis and Mike was always willing to make time to discuss progress updates and changes. We recently had a water leak originating in our guest shower. Unfortunately it spread to both guest bedrooms. As a result the bedrooms and guest bath had to be demolished. The best decision we ever made was to contact Lab Construction. Our renovation project and the entire experience with Mike and Andrea was outstanding from start to finish. Every subcontractor they brought in, without exception, was not only professional and experienced but also a pleasure to work with. Mike and Andrea both demonstrated excellent communication skills throughout the process. This was a very stressful time for us and they successfully eased our concerns. The renovation was not only completed on time and on budget but also to our complete satisfaction. The quality of craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. We had a great experience with Lab Construction. We wanted a room addition and new flooring and the team at Lab gave us some great ideas for our project. The entire crew was fantastic to work with. Mike and Andrea provided ongoing updates so we always knew what to expect, we really appreciated the ongoing communication. Brian did an amazing job on our project and left the site absolutely spotless every time he left for the day. The team uncovered some previous damage to our bathroom floor and immediately repaired the issue for us. We already have ideas for future projects with this crew!
