Outstanding! We highly recommend working with Mike and Andrea. They helped renovate then entire first floor of my house into a apartment suite for my parents to live. Mike was very understanding about last minute changes and helped to accommodate my parents who are disabled. Andrea provided clear updates and timelines on a weekly basis and Mike was always willing to make time to discuss progress updates and changes. We recently had a water leak originating in our guest shower. Unfortunately it spread to both guest bedrooms. As a result the bedrooms and guest bath had to be demolished. We had a great experience with Lab Construction. We wanted a room addition and new flooring and the team at Lab gave us some great ideas for our project. The entire crew was fantastic to work with. Mike and Andrea provided ongoing updates so we always knew what to expect, we really appreciated the ongoing communication. Brian did an amazing job on our project and left the site absolutely spotless every time he left for the day. The team uncovered some previous damage to our bathroom floor and immediately repaired the issue for us. We already have ideas for future projects with this crew!
