Organised team play split east west north south on the roof by the 6 member team Max the boss leading by example stripping old shingles with others on other sides of the roof and couple of guys disposing old shingles on to the disposal BIN which was brought by them and have purposely located away from windows yet easily accessible to dispose old shingles and old material(team only communicating necessary work related chat amongst themselves in a very low tone no yelling shouting or cussing no body took their cell phones on roof) 4.)Max ENSURED that the Roof deck is smooth, properly fastened to the roof trusses, dry and free of any gaps or holes. Resulting in a clean, flat deck surface to help ensure that the newly shingled roof will likewise appear smooth and flat when finished.Smooth flow work step by step teamwork and stage by stage prep work execution of first disposing old shingles and cleaning the roof dry and then commencing the layers of under lay and ice and snow barrier repairing where necessary and flattening uneven surface if any. 5.)
