They really helped me understand the product and how it would be installed. Important to understand! My new roof had no damage, unlike my neighbor’s roof (they used a different company), during a crazy windstorm.

3.) Organised team play split east west north south on the roof by the 6 member team Max the boss leading by example stripping old shingles with others on other sides of the roof and couple of guys disposing old shingles on to the disposal BIN which was brought by them and have purposely located away from windows yet easily accessible to dispose old shingles and old material(team only communicating necessary work related chat amongst themselves in a very low tone no yelling shouting or cussing no body took their cell phones on roof)
4.)Max ENSURED that the Roof deck is smooth, properly fastened to the roof trusses, dry and free of any gaps or holes. Resulting in a clean, flat deck surface to help ensure that the newly shingled roof will likewise appear smooth and flat when finished.Smooth flow work step by step teamwork and stage by stage prep work execution of first disposing old shingles and cleaning the roof dry and then commencing the layers of under lay and ice and snow barrier repairing where necessary and flattening uneven surface if any.
5.) Professionally securing the shingles with nails in the correct manner "to lay out or arrange so as to overlap.” Working from the bottom up
and installing proper flashing and replacing old vents
6.)Thorough clean up of work area and all around including neighbours area for any debris nails etc and making sure all the work site was clean

Great Customer Experience

I hired the team from Ultra Roofing back in September of this year (2018). Max is a consummate professional who understood the predicament that I was in, and he went out of his way to book me in to get my roof redone, after a shady roofing company incorrectly replaced the shingles on my roof, which consequently caused significant interior water damage to my home, Max and team came to my rescue at a time, when the GTA was being hit hard with a lot of rain during the Summer period.
Ultra roofing was ready and on time to get the work redone to the entire roof of my home. I would without bias recommend Max and Team from Ultra roofing to anyone in need for a excellent from start to finish Roofing job. Great roofing company with superior customer service.

There was a big storm in the GTA with high winds and a lot of roofs had shingles blown off. The next morning this company was in the neighborhood with a full crew and 2 trucks. They repaired roofs faster than you could go inside to get the cash. Never heard any hammering but saw the caulking gun often. Cash only. No contract, no paperwork, no warranty. Beware.
