Star Roofing & Restoration

This is the second time (in two different houses) I have used Star Roofing. Both times were very good experiences. The company responded quickly and came to look at the problem promptly. I was given different options and the prices were reasonable. Both jobs turned out great! And everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and respectful.

STAR roof did a tremendous job replacing the roof of my home and garage. The crew worked a honest 10-hour day x 2 days and were very detailed with the quality of installation. The post job clean up was excellent. I did not find any debris and stray nails around my lawn and driveway. Angel and his crew performing the work were very professional and assisted me with items that needed to moved and discarded. I highly recommend STAR for future work and recommend to anyone looking for a quality roof replacement and/or repair project.

Prior to the replacement, I had a major water leak in late May and STAR was the only company that actually answered my call and immediately dispatched a repair tech. He was extremely courteous and his attention to detail (even in the rain!) was top notch to address the problem. Thank you Mike, Will, Tom, Angel and your work crew.

We recently contracted Star Roofing to replace the twenty two year old roof of our home, and we are very happy with the service they provided.

The initial consultation and quote process was smooth and efficient. The quote was competitive. It was a two month wait from accepting the quote until the installation.

Star Roofing Supervisor Andrew and the subcontractor’s seven person team lead by the Foreman George, took meticulous care in setting up protective plywood barriers and huge tarps to shield the home, the extensive gardens, pond, patios, fence, porch and pergola from any potential damage. The tear down process was a major concern for us, but they did an exceptional job and exceeded our expectations.

The cleanup was immaculate, throughout the day, at at the end of each day, and at the completion of the job. This also exceeded our expectations.

The day after the roof was completed, we noticed a number of workmanship issues on the garage portion of the roof. It appeared to us one less experienced team member performed the work over the garage. This required the foreman George to return and repair while we also assisted him in finding a leak. We were happy George came back and fixed it right away. The following week George and Andrew returned to do the final inspection of the entire roof.

The final result of the roofing project is excellent. The entire team was on time, very hard working, super polite and positive. We would use Star Roofing, Andrew, and George’s team again, and recommend them to others. In the past few years many of our neighbors have been pleased with Star Roofing and recommended them to us.

I had storm damage which I claimed on my homeowners insurance. The insurance company gave me a hard time, but Star Roofing was there to help navigate the process.
Once my claim was settled, I worked with Star to acquire the shingle color of our choice.
My experience was very positive. Every question was answered quickly and thoroughly. My entire roof was stripped and replaced in about 10 hours.
My only criticism is the crew that did the work was a subcontractor and communication was difficult as there was a language barrier. I had a couple of small details that needed attention after completion, but Star has been very responsive and quick to correct.
Overall, I would highly recommend Star for your roofing needs.

Star Roofing did a wonderful job on my home after having a leak. They were not only prompt in an estimate but, also with the actual installation. I run a daycare and didn’t want to have to shut down and they were able to accommodate me with a Saturday date.
They were so quick and kept me informed all the way through the process. I will also say, that it was more than I could handle at one time and I was able to make payments to them. Fantastic company to work with and my roof looks amazing!!!
They also made sure there was not one mail or spec of anything left behind that my daycare could get hurt on.
