From start to finish, exceptional experience! Collin and Devon went above and beyond to make sure all our questions and concerns were answered. Initially met with Project Consultant, Collin. His knowledge of the product, attention to detail and warm/friendly communication made all the difference in choosing Bachmans Roofing for our roof repair. Prior to installation, spoke with Katelyn, who answered any remaining questions. Her kind demeanor was greatly appreciated. Job day, Roofing crew (Matt) arrived on-time and extremely efficient. Final check of the job done by Devon. Devon's knowledge, professionalism and in-depth understanding made the entire process feel seamless. He took the time to explain what had been done and went above and beyond to make sure we were truly satisfied with the completed job. Collin and Devon absolutely genuine, top-notch professionals. Would absolutely recommend!

We called Bachmans roofing, knowing we needed a new roof in a year or so... little did we know how bad it was. But, we had an AMAZING experience with Evan! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was here for about 4 hours, taking his time to properly demo what needed to be done and carefully inspect everything. He explained every single detail so we truly understood what was going on with our roof -never rushed, never vague, no pressure at all.

What really stood out was that he didn’t just tell us there was a problem, he showed us real proof that our roof was leaking. It was honestly terrifying to see as a new first time home buyer, but we appreciated his honesty and transparency. There were no scare tactics, just clear evidence and straightforward explanations.

He treated our home with so much respect like it was his. He was also extremely kind and respectful to our kids, as well as my husband and I, which means a lot when you’re dealing with something stressful in your home.

If you’re looking for someone who is honest, thorough, respectful, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way, Evan with Bachmans is your guy. We feel very confident moving forward because of him!!!!

I've never had such a great customer EXPERIENCE with ANY contractor before, others should take notes !!! Transparency and communication are HUGE and we are more than pleased and actually excited to be getting a new roof knowing our family will be safe. The warranty they provide is proof Bachmans takes pride in their work.

Collin was absolutely excellent! I had determined to go with another company, but Collin from Bachman’s Roofing was so clear and efficient I decided to with him. He showed me all of the places in my attic where my roof was leaking. He explained how my chimney had not been sealed correctly and how the Bachman team would fix it. Collin did a fantastic job of showing me products and explaining haw each one would protect my roof. He also worked up a few price plans to see what worked best for me. He stayed to make sure I was able to get a good financial plan, and he even helped me set up a monthly payment plan. I highly recommended Collin and Bachman’s if you need a new roof or exterior home repairs.

Update: just had the roof installed. I couldn’t be happier. 5 stars across the board. From Collin to the high level of communication and the Quality Assurance visit from Devon, they more than delivered. I would recommend.

For a company that goes on and on about their customer service, I found it to be lacking a little. The salesman came out seemed like he had a good handle of what I needed done. However, when he wrote it up, he put down the wrong section. He included a section that didn't need any repair because it was never damaged. I called him Monday, a week before the work was to be done, to tell him that he had it down wrong on the estimate. He told me that he would let the project manager know, and if it was going to be more than the estimate he would let me know before doing the work. I thought it was handled. I come home and find that the damaged wall was still not repaired. They went ahead and installed a dryer vent from the inside where you could obviously see there was no plywood but hey nobody cares enough today... just maybe ask, Are we are we doing the right spot? Because this spot is damaged?
Come to find out, the salesman is saying he has no idea what's wrong with the job. Then, he changes the story to well... I told her she would have to have a new estimate. And she said she didn't want that..
Seems like it's a common theme today.. no one is accountable and work can't seem to get done right the first time. And I was charged more for them to come out and actually fix the damaged wall that I originally wanted repaired. Because somehow the estimate, even though it looks like it's estimated to repair the proper area. Now, somehow isn't quite enough. It's fine, I don't mind paying. I'm not looking for free work. Hopefully their communication skills will be improved after this.

I'm not sure why I would want something repaired that was never damaged. Along with insults on my intelligence from the project manager as if because I'm a woman I don't know how things work. I grew up on a farm. My brother's a builder. I understand how we build houses. Thank you.
