Our family recently experienced a fire that destroyed the entire rear of our home. After reviewing multiple contractors I selected Builders & Management Plus, LLC for a number of reasons, including; 1.) a detailed assessment of the damage that included a quote that broke out and clearly explained the work to be performed in each of the project areas (new windows, new siding, new gutters, painting, etc.), 2.) fair and flexible pricing that beat all other competitors, 3.) timely communication with excellent follow up that clearly answered my questions regarding my options, timelines, etc., 4.) relatively quick turnaround given the scope of the project and the materials that needed to be ordered. From Andrew who handled the assessment and quoting in a very personable and friendly manner, to Joe who did a great job project managing the crews while work was under way, to the crews who showed up ready to work no matter the rainy/windy conditions and kept a clean and organized job site, to Jose' who showed up on a Saturday and a Sunday to ensure that the interior painting was completed and looking good, to Chad who followed up with me personally a number of times throughout the project to make certain that his team was doing a good job...thank you for a job well done!
